Anonymous996 Yeah man, Iâve noticed that too. I didnât ignore him at first because I genuinely thought he knew his stuff and could hold a fair discussion. But lately, itâs become pretty clear that his tone has these subtle jabs â especially toward people from our region. When he uses things like âa subset of users are ruining the communityâ or assumes my phone issue was due to a âdirty USB-C port,â itâs hard not to feel the disrespect behind it.
Iâve already shared my whole experience â I took my phone to the service center because it kept restarting while charging. They held onto it for five days, said theyâd fixed it, and gave it back with scratches and even a small crack on the back glass. If the issue was just a âdirty port,â the technicians wouldâve noticed and cleaned it right away⊠thatâs literally their first step. So when he keeps insisting itâs dirt, it doesnât sound like genuine help. It sounds like heâs just trying to put the blame on me.
What bothers me even more is that this isnât the first time. Iâve seen him make similar remarks before. I even flagged a few. One got removed, but another that was borderline racist stayed up.
Heâs also mocked people whose first language isnât English, which is funny considering half of his own posts sound AI-polished. Itâs frustrating to see moderators quickly act on emotional posts but ignore these subtle, belittling comments. That kind of double standard is exactly whatâs making the community toxic.
Letâs be real⊠weâre not here to attack Nothing or anyone personally. Weâre sharing real experiences. If their products or service improve, complaints will naturally go down. thatâs how every community works. But dismissing our issues or labeling us as the âsubset of usersâ "complainers" just because weâre vocal about poor service isnât fair.
And even if his âdirty portâ theory were somehow true, wouldnât that make the service center look worse for missing something so basic after keeping my phone for days? Thatâs the part he conveniently skips over.
Anyway, Iâm done talking to him. Some people just twist words and gaslight others until you give up. Iâve already reported his racist remarks, and if the mods actually enforced their rules properly, atleast warned him about it⊠this kind of behavior wouldnât keep popping up. Iâm just going to ignore him now â not worth the stress.
