The full OTA column is N/A meaning, there is no full OTA. What you see in blue on the left, is the incremental OTA updates, not the full OTA. You will have to wait for a new CMF2P firmware, i.e., when NOS 4.0 releases. You cannot go back.
I feel you, though, it has been very inconvenient. I have been submitting bugs on this and communicated all I can with support. Will have to be patient on a new update soon. They indicated NOS 4.0 on CMF devices before the New Year. Time will tell, but hopeful for a patch in the NOS 4.0 update in the next 2 weeks.
Additionally, the 3a Lite received a patch today (not NOS 4.0) so take that with a grain of salt updates are continuing for devices. CMF update will come soon I reckon.
