Jordying they did give a little survey for the beta testers like me a couple days ago if we were comfortable with the beta being released as a stable release. I voted yes, but I don’t know how others filled the survey about other issues or fixes they like to have in the new stable release. Imo the beta firmware now is really good, but I have seen people complain about the headphones lacking loudness (I think it’s fine tho).
So maybe they’re cooking something alongside the bass enhancement beta firmware to please as much people in one update.
Let’s hope the upcoming firmware doesn’t bring other issues.
I do get your struggle and feeling invisible to the devs, it’s been almost half a year that the headphones sound like crap outside the recent beta test. I hoped the stable came before Christmas as a “gift”. But I think It’ll be January for the non beta testers to get their sound back.
Nothing really did give me suspicion for their upcoming devices and they’re maintenance. Personally, before I’m going to buy a new device from nothing, I keep a really close eye on this forum for some weeks/months about complaints and then make a decision.
