Slow charging issue on cmf phone 2 pro? - help

Anyone facing slow charging under 20% in cmf phone 2 pro? Takes 2 hrs to charge under 20%. Also when checked in cit mode under 20%, it shows "non pd 3.0" and fails the fast charging pd test. Went to service centre, did software flash still issue not solved

AvikNathNYCTISD-HCC-0203 I also noticed it after updating it, battery percentage was 23, it didn’t go past 10W and only after I rebooted it did it go back to 23W. I have set the battery charge limit to 80%.
