Not being able to use 5g during calls after reverting back to stable from beta

cant really tell if this is entirely a bug or that I'm having a bad memory event but before I updated my phone 2a to the beta 4.0 it could use high speed internet during calls, then I updated to the beta and it worked fine for all the time that I spent on the beta update The issue occurred when I reverted back to the 3.2 update (stable build for Phone 2a) and since then I haven't been able to use 5g during calls regardless of what setting I choose if anyone can help me through this I'd really appreciate that!

Juvi I’d recommend providing OS feedback via your phone’s Settings > System > Feedback option.

Mr Steel Yes I will do that but just wanted to post about the issue and see if other’s had a fix or maybe even knew about such a bug, although I cant really understand why this would even occur

JP nope doesn’t work, even if I force it on NR only only the 5g symbol will show, it’ll use LTE pathing during calls

Juvi ohhh… i had same problem before…and this worked for me…

Where are you located?? And which carrier?

JP In India and the Carrier is Jio, its just quite weird to me because, the only notable thing I did was revert back to 3.2 and then 5g just stooped working during calls, I can use it normally when im not on a call, but yeah you do see the issue during calls

Juvi ohhh…strange… i also use jio and that 5g only mode worked for me…there might be some other issue… you can contact support or you can use reddit…

JP I’ve looked around reddit for days now nothing stands out for my current issue, the weird part is that the issue persists even after a full phone format, when that is supposed to fix everything

Juvi full reset should have fixed it… are you sure you have all the settings correct??

Try this settings if not done already… and then change NR ONLY from star#star#4636#star#star

JP I’ve got the same set of settings, still no work its definitely a deeper issue than just these surface settings

JP honestly this has got to be a Nothin issue, contacting Jio feels like banging my head on a wall honestly, tho I might visit their office, I’d wish someone with mire knowledge would check this thread out, but cant help it, thanks for the help here JP

Ik The fix bro, I had this issue on my nothing phone 3a too with jio sim

Just turn off use this sim button then turn it on
