pravyp can i request you all to check if you are facing an issue with Bluetooth audio levels being high after the update? Even at the lowest level the volume is too high for my ears and i am unable to use my earbuds for music. It’s fine for calls. Pls respond if you have or even if you don’t have the issue. I am breaking my head with Nothing support for the last 1 week and they just keep asking for all kinds of things rather than fix the issue. So, if you have the issue pls give feedback and have tickets raised. Unlike other issues this impacts health as someone may have hearing issues with the loud music blasting into the ears. Pls cooperate

I am experiencing extremely high volume levels at the minimum setting for Bluetooth ear buds while listening to music. No such issues with calls. Have shared feedback and have been breaking my head with Nothing support for a week now. But “Nothing” is happening!! 😞

Unlike other bugs this one has an impact on health and can lead to hearing loss!

My suggestion is to listen to music at the lowest volume setting. For me that too is uncomfortable. If any of you are facing the same issue pls support by giving feedback and having tickets raised.

Thoroughly disappointed by lack of support here. Even if no one has issues with the Bluetooth audio, pls share. I definitely don’t think it’s an isolated issue just for my phone especially after the updation to Android 16. Add to it a pathetic support team that has sought all kind of information from me and finally when they can’t find a solution want me to go to a service center which i cant because i bought the device in India and currently am out of the country.

In short it’s time to dump this piece of crap and buy “something”

I updated my Phone 2a once again. This time I updated my phone to Nothing OS4, but the voiceWIFI function still does not work in Ukraine for the Kyivstar mobile operator.

It is a pity that I cannot fully use all the declared functions of the phone.

Hello Nothing Team,

After installing the latest software update on my Nothing Phone 2a, I am facing continuous network issues. Both mobile data and Wi-Fi stop working randomly. I have to repeatedly turn Airplane Mode ON/OFF or disable and enable Wi-Fi/mobile data to make it work again.

I have already tried:

• Network reset

• Rebooting the device

• Changing network mode (4G/5G)

• Resetting Wi-Fi router

• Clearing cache

But the problem still persists.

This issue started only after the recent update, so it looks like a software bug. Please release a hotfix update as soon as possible.

My name is Samesh Panda and I am a user of the Nothing Phone 2a. After updating to Nothing OS 4.0, everything is working smoothly, but I am facing one issue — an error keeps appearing saying “System launcher not responding.”

Because of this issue, I am not able to use my phone properly. The error appears repeatedly after some time, which is causing a lot of inconvenience.

I request you to please look into this problem and provide a proper solution as soon as possible.

SameshPanda I had a few issues, although not this one, on my 3a Pro after the update so I found the Nothing Launcher in the apps settings and cleared both the cache and the storage. That resets the home screen to the default configuration so takes out all the widgets and applications you have pinned, but it solved some minor issues for me.

After the 4.0 update, the camera is not working properly. When I take pictures, the image goes into processing and produces different results, such as blurry images and shadow effects.

Regarding 5G connectivity, 5G is not working properly. When I turn airplane mode on and off, the 5G connection works for about 2 minutes, but after that it stops working again.

I have NP2A with latest Android update N4.0, whenwver I get a call on my work profile in teams and i didn’t attend them( attending them over laptop), the call disconnects as a missed call notification, but when I try to make a call ( normal call) through my Airtel sim, the phone app shows error of “unable by make a call as you are already in call” message, when I restarted my phone again only, I can make a call, does anyone faces this kind of issues

I have updated Nothing Phone 2A in November to have Android 16 and now it is frustrating when I have to press Power button to turn on screen before I can authenticate with finger print.

Previous that android OS update, I could just double tap on the screen to wake it up. Strangely, I can still double taps when the screen is unblocked to turn off screen.

In setting > Lock screen it has “tap to show lock screen” enabled and I restarted the phone a few times but it doesn’t help.

Have you got that same issue recently when updating to Android 16 for Nothing phone 2A?

It has come to my attention that after updating nothing is 4.0 , all my apps always get “this app is not responding” for a few seconds then disappears . Tho it doesn’t seem to be a big issue , the continuing of the message disturb me alot. Is there a way to fix it? I tried to contact support through the settings but it always kick me off the app .
