I am writing to report a serious issue with the fingerprint sensor on my CMF Phone 1. The sensor becomes very glitchy when unlocking hidden apps. It often fails to detect my finger, responds very slowly, or shows errors. Most of the time it does not work at all, even after multiple attempts.
This problem affects both security and daily usability of the device. I kindly request that your team look into this issue and provide a proper solution, whether it requires a software update or further guidance.
