I am writing to express my significant disappointment and concern regarding a quality issue with the brand new CMF Buds Pro 2 in Light Grey.
The Problem
I recently purchased the CMF Buds Pro 2. To my surprise and frustration, even though the product is barely used and has been stored properly in clean pocket of brand new backpack or on the desk, I have noticed significant color discoloration or darkening on the Light Grey surface.
The “Light Grey” color, which was a key reason for my purchase, has already begun to turn a noticeable darker, almost yellowish-grey tone without any exposure to external factors, dirt, or regular use. This suggests a potential issue with the material quality or the manufacturing process of this specific color variant.
I’m so embarrassed by the product that I’m trying to make sure no one sees it, even though it’s a brand new purchase.
Here it is. Any solutions or help?
