Nothing’s community fundraise is facilitated by Crowdcube and Wefunder. ##### **What will Nothing use the funds for?** This fundraise will contribute towards powering the next phase of growth - helping us launch more products, reach more users, strengthen our market position and build the AI-native experiences that define the future of tech. ##### **Who can invest in Nothing?** To invest, you must be over 18 years old on the date of investment and legally entitled to invest. Rob ⚡️ hey Rob, sorry to message you out of context, but many Phone (3) users still don’t have access to OS4. It’s been two weeks and has been rolled out to the rest of the products. There doesn’t seem to be anything we can do, it’s like we have been left behind. Any ideas?

yoanivanov I believe that since Nothing is not on the LSE (London Stock Exchange), then they use Crowdcube and Wefunder. Since it is not available for your region, they stated that you cannot invest in this round of community investment if the services used are illegal or not used in your countries.

Hello guys, the following is an extract from the promotional email sent through Crowdcube.

As a current investor, you have seen Nothing grow from a brand-new consumer electronics firm to a business with over $1b in sales and over $562m revenue in 2024 alone (150% growth in FY24). Since your initial investment, the share price has increased by over 550%. This extension gives you the opportunity to acquire additional shares before the round opens to the general public.

And in the current round, Nothing announces that:

The share price for this round is $3.7236, with a pre-money valuation of $1.1B (same terms as our Series C).

Converting USD to GBP, $3.7236 converts to £2.79. Hence, the share price appears to have actually decreased from what was offered in 2022 - £3.116. I want to know how Nothing claims a 550% increase, and yet the share price is $3.7236.

Please correct me if I am misreading things.

singhnsk that 550% is mentioned in comparison to the first round of investment which happened in i think 2020 or 2021, not the 2022 round. That was round 2

singhnsk so I invested the 2nd round which bizarrely was in Euros not pounds. The price per share then was 3.116 EU per share. The new offering converting from USD to EURO comes to 3.19 euros making a gain of 2.37% no sure how that equals 550% 🤣🤣🤣

I am assuming it’s due to dilution, that’s most likely. Or they meant to say from 2021’s round but whoever wrote it forgot to mention it that way.

tharun_126 not sure about the legality and regulations but crowdcube allows investment from India using normal payment options. Many ppl from India invested in last 2 funding rounds. You can read details on crowdcube website

arpan2308 the email was addressed to me and it said “since your initial investment”, which only happened in 2022 i.e. Round 2.

Moreover, all the sales numbers and Nothing getting a unicorn status happened after 2022 which was the round 2 when I invested.

So, by all fundamentals and public statements they are making around this community round, the share prices must have increased from whatever they were in 2022. But the share valuation mentioned right now seems that the share price has gone down and doesn’t go in line with what they are announcing in terms of company performance.

I’m not currently taking into account the currency exchange rate fluctuations. Even with them considered, I don’t think the difference will be too high.

Tor something is fishy about their statements for sure. I wonder why nobody else is asking.

After all these years. The email says 550% growth and I was really looking forward to something nice but the reality is pennies. I’d really like somebody to show the maths behind 550%.

BTW the 3.116 was in GBP not Euros. If you invested in EUR, they should have converted into a GBP equivalent. You should be able to check your existing investment in your Crowdcube account.

singhnsk I think the growth they mention is company overall not the shares per se. I paid in euros not pounds, don’t ask me why (that how was), the numbers are from crowdcube converted to align.

arpan2308 I think we’ll get most or any profits after they open IPO. Which i don’t think Nothing is planning to do in maybe for 2-3 years atleast. 2026 is very crucial for Nothing so let’s wait and see how they are going to manage it.

I tweeted this to Carl a few weeks back,

But I thought it would be worth sharing with the community.

While some of the negativity has passed around the lock screen bloatware and Nothing OS 4 rollout schedule - I still think it’s great to highlight all that nothing can provide. Especially to groups often overlooked.

With the news of the 3rd round of community investment - I think it’s as important to back a company that actually drives change and brings value to people’s lives - especially over small iterative updates and profit margins.

Take it how you will, but this experience helped me appreciate what this brand and community could be.
