_ankyyyt I think you should perform a hard reset. I used 3a and now Phone (3) and both never died before at least 6 hours sot, when I was at home with wifi I already had 10+ hours sot. Definitely no normal behaviour.

I don’t have a 3a Pro but I have a 3 and a 3a and both of them last all day. On a regular day both have over 50% left when I go to bed. Granted I don’t have my eyes glued to my phone all day long so my SOT is usually like 4 hours or so. I’m good with this.

There might be something wrong with the device. Perhaps try a hard reset. I have the NP3 and the 3a. I have absolutely no battery problems. You can also contact support again.
