Unable to Bulk Delete Images & Videos in Gallery

Hello community!!

I’ve been facing an issue with deleting more than one selected image/video at once from the gallery, in which it always gives me the “Preparing your gallery, please wait” overlay, and it never successfully deletes them. The only way they are directly deleted is to go in to each image/video one by one and press on the bin icon for it to be deleted.

Im using the phone 3 and I’m not sure whether its a OS issue that includes all nothing devices, or specifically the phone 3.

No such issues on mine. Have you considered Clear Cache/Storage and Force Stop/relaunch, and/or Factory Reset to force a fresh install? (NB Back up your files/media first…)

I’ve been facing this issue since I newly bought + opened the phone (about a month ago), however I did try clearing cache as suggested. Didnt work…

Oh. Yeah I also have this issue. Phone (3a). It deletes stuff, but after this “loading” intro. Seems because their gallery isn’t fully optimised or so.

usi did you updated the app? That issue seems to disappear

This has been going on for months now thought it would be fixed update after update but nothing seems to work. I have to individually delete any file. Bulk selection and delete does not work. Also randomly “cloned app stopped working” pops up
