just got headphone (1) for Christmas and was really excited, they are extremely comfortable, and I love the sound. I let them charge for a bit, and now the right ear has a constant crackling in both transparency mode and noise cancellation, and even over a wired connection, it has gotten a lot worse as time goes on (not much time lol). I updated them first thing out of the box. Any fixes?
