You clearly communicated that the CMF Phone 2 Pro would receive the OS 4.0 update within this month. However, instead of fulfilling that commitment, you released the update for older devices first, completely ignoring your latest model. This feels misleading and unfair to customers who trusted your words and invested in your newest product.
This is not the first time such behavior has occurred. Repeatedly making promises and then failing to honor them feels like deception. As a user, I feel disrespected and betrayed. A latest device being treated worse than older models is unacceptable and damaging to your brand’s credibility.

If this kind of practice continues, I strongly believe that customers will gradually lose trust, stop using your phones, and eventually move away from your brand altogether.
From today onward, I will share my honest experience on my YouTube channel and encourage others to think carefully before purchasing any CMF or Nothing products. I cannot support or recommend a brand that treats its customers this way.
