App icons smaller than folder icons

I can’t unsee this now! New themed icons are slightly smaller than the folder icons

Look at this screenshot carefully. Two icons on the right are masked folders. Two on the left are app icons.

Now carefully measure the distance between two icons and the folders up and down. You’ll see that the icons have a slightly bigger gap than the folders.

This breaks the simmetry and now i can’t unsee it. Please fix it nothing.

BigPurpleCrab Its because youre using emojis as folder icons. The outlined emojis that get used are measured by their inner dimensions, not the outline.

How did you get the battery percentage inside the icon?

Wait. Since when can you integrate battery percentage in the battery icon itself? Is it a CMF’s Nothing OS feature? Can I get it on my Phone 3(a)?

NaturePlays It has just been added yesterday to NP3 via an update for OS 4.0 - you’ll have to wait until the next one rolls out for 3a series.

In regards to the original issue: I am sometimes amazed and baffled at the same tine by some of the eagle eyed viewers. The app icons are indeed ever so slightly smaller than the folder icons. However in order to really spot this I had to rearrange my homescreen so that folder and app icons are side by side, take a screenshot and resize the icons to spot the difference. To be fair in normal daily use, me personally I wouldn’t have noticed it on my homescreens.

App icons appearing smaller than folder icons is often a default OS behavior or a theme setting, especially on Android (using launchers like Nova) or sometimes iOS/macOS, but you can usually fix it by adjusting Display Size/Zoom in system settings or changing the App Grid layout on Android, or using spacebar clicker Launcher Settings to unify icon sizes for a consistent look. On some devices, you might need to tap Advanced > Display size. Move the slider in the Display size section to the left to make icons smaller or to the right to make them bigger. A live example will show each size. Go back to the Home screen to check if you’re happy with the app icon sizes

Anonymous1155 oh, i didn’t know that! But still the problem remains. Even if i use emojis as masked folders it shouldn’t break the simmetry. It’s just not nothing’s style. They should fix this.EDIT, I just checked. Even if i don’t have masked folders it’s still looks bigger than app icons.
