I have to admit that I’m not a phone expert but have moved into quite a bit of computational research mostly molecular dynamics and this has a been a multi year retraining using Linux, HPCs, python and specific packages. This recent uptick in GPU price is terrible for hardware purchases, where the RTX A series of cards used to be excellent value for money.
I am quite interested in consumer technology including phones and like I said earlier my background with this brand goes back to the 1+1 purchased via invite only back in 2013/14. I’ve had a few other phone brands including Samsung, Vernee (now defunct) and Xiaomi. My partner has stayed loyal to 1+ and has had a 1+1, 1+7t and now a 1+12, so I often look at the UI/UX of the different systems, which attracted me to the NOTHING OS.
Also, my time here (with NOTHING/CMF hardware) has been quite interesting as with chatGPT and my newfound research skills it is possible to reverse engineer what NOTHING is doing much more efficiently (time is limited with family) than a few years back.
