Battery 🔋 Percentage Readability Issues

The latest update for the Nothing Phone 3 introduced a much-needed feature — showing the battery percentage inside the battery icon. It’s definitely useful and a welcome addition.

However, the battery icon itself is noticeably smaller compared to the signal and 5G indicators in the status bar. Because of this, the percentage inside the icon becomes difficult to read.

It would be great if the icon size could be adjusted in future updates so that the percentage is clearer and more user-friendly.

SaiSandeepAkula Personally, I would like the option of just showing the percentage battery life remaining without a battery icon. I actually like the fact that on Nothing OS 4.0 on the 3A Pro there is no percentage symbol. It represents efficiency to me.

Was ist eure Meinung zu dem neuen Update (Nothing OS 4.0)?

Ich finde dass es viel verbessert hat. Ich finde aber dass man die Anzeige von der Batterie einstellen sollen könnte. Also dass man einstellt dass die Zahlen von der Batterie einstellen kann ob die innerhalb der Batterie sind oder daneben. Ein paar von euch wissen was ich meine.

Maxxx6530 Keep it without the numbers so you can be less anxious about your phone. The system will alert you when it’s close to 20% anyways

I disabled the battery percentage display a long time ago, probably around 2019. It’s really convenient and less distracting. Plus, you can always see it in more detail by opening the quick settings menu.

People wanted nothing to copy Apple and here we are. Thank God they didn’t give that glass thing whatever it is.

Just disable the battery percentage number to reduce battery anxiety.
