I have been facing the issue since an year. I went to the service center to get it glued. All I got was ’Sorry, we don’t repair out of warranty devices except nothing mobile phones’. They told me all they can do is replace it with a new ear 2 device but I must be paying the whole retail price which I thought was a stupid solution.
I got it glued from 3rd party shops multiple times and despite being a nothing user for the last 3 years, I’m having 2nd thought whenever I think of buying a nothing product after all this. Their design and QA needs some serious work done to address this.
The battery backup for my ear(2) has dropped significantly. won’t even last half an hour in a go. Despite being such good sounding ear buds, the poor build quality is making me regret my buying choices. Seriously wanted to buy their Headphones but these experiences make me stay away from any of their devices. Pretty disapointed. Won’t recommend any nothing or CMF products to anyone I know.
