Unable to Make or Receive Calls – Mobile Network Not Available (Nothing Phone 3a Pro)

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a strange issue with my Nothing Phone (3a) Pro. I’m using two SIM cards, both are active.

Since yesterday, I can’t make any outgoing calls. Whenever I try to call, it shows “Mobile network not available.”
Also, when someone tries to call me, they hear that my phone is switched off.

What’s confusing is that SMS works perfectly (send & receive), and mobile data is also working fine on both SIMs.

I’ve already checked basic things like signal strength, airplane mode, and SIM status, but the problem is still there.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a fix?
Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated.

Yeah, The latest update solved the issue. If it Didn’t work for you , then contact their support. 😊

I’m also having same issue but slidely different, mine works with Airtel Sim, but when I put another sim I can’t receive or make calls. plus the IMei is showing null. Please what can be the problem? I tried writing the IMEI using SN writer but I couldnt find the actual ADB and MDDB file for the firmware

I have the same problem. I bought the phone in December and it worked perfectly, but since around February, one of my two SIM cards stopped working. So, to get one working, I have to remove the other. And for some reason, every time I’m on my way to work, I notice that if I have both SIMs in, the one that isn’t working starts working in certain areas, which doesn’t make sense. It’s a problem with the phone, not the SIM card. I switched from the Nothing Phone (1) to the Nothing Phone 3A Pro, and this is the only one that’s giving me problems (3A Pro). I bought a tiny Chinese phone, and the network works perfectly. I’ve had this problem for almost two or three months now, but I thought it was my phone company until I realized I was the only one with it, haha. What a phone problem!

And if my phone is already updated, it seems the previous update was the one that started giving me problems. I’ve been sending out my CV for a while now because I’m doing my professional internship, and it was very strange that since the beginning of this year no one had called me. Who knows how many job offers I missed because of this phone?
