I actually have cmf buds 2a and in the duration of 6 months I got an replacement for the buds for the same issue i was having an battery drainage issue in the left bud which was draining too fast so I reached the service center and they replaced the buds… but now after 2 months the same problem is there with the right buds I again visited the service center about the Issue but this time they said its considerable after usage there is difference of 15 percent in the drainage of the battery percent even if you start the buds with 100 % and at no preference and also the volume at 50%
Which is not good and considerable according to me and now the drainage issue is getting more it gradually increase to 20-25% with difference but they are not helping me with replacement this time…so please can anybody advice me what to do now…?
I am actually an student I use the buds for 4-5 hours for my online classes and other stuff daily I thought I would not get any issues with it as the past user of nothing devices but this time nothing and cmf has truly disappointed me….
Please guys tell me what to do with this stuff and advice me what do now…..
