Just wanted to check if anyone else has had a similar experience with Nothing’s service in the UK, because mine has been pretty bad so far.
I’ve been using Nothing Ear for about 1.5 years, and this is already the second time I’ve had a major issue. The first time they replaced the unit, but this time it’s been a mess.
I sent my Ear for warranty on Nov 18 due to battery issues. Since then, I’ve had:
Multiple emails with wrong or changing information
Claims that the item was repaired / dispatched / delivered — which turned out not to be true
Long wait times on calls and a lot of back-and-forth emails just to get basic updates
On Dec 8, support said they were checking approval for an upgraded replacement (Ear 3), then later changed it and said the same model was already shipped.
They even gave me a Royal Mail tracking number, but when I checked, it turned out only a label was created on Dec 11 and the item was never actually handed over to Royal Mail.
It’s now been nearly two months since the warranty started, and I still don’t have a clear resolution.
Just wanted to ask:
Is this kind of warranty delay and miscommunication common with Nothing in the UK?
Any Nothing Ear issues with iPhone users (battery/connectivity)?
Did anyone manage to get their issue resolved smoothly?
