CMF P1 in 2026?

Hey guys planning to buy cmf p1 in the republic day sale for my sister.

Wanted to ask you guys am getting a very good deal under 15k.

Her main usage is camera

Is it still relevant?

RaunakDaga cmf ph1 is good at this price… i bought it in Christmas sale last year for 12800inr… camera was okay okay at that time… it got improved with updates…but its still not that good… if you’re considering it for camera/photography…

If your sister is comfortable with using third party app like LMC for photos and videos..then it will be no problem… because stock camera app is not good…

Camera in snapchat and Instagram works fine..

under 15k cmf phone 1 is good…..u can consider moto G57 power too..

No, Instead of CMF Phone 1 u can go for some some other brands who are giving much more than CMF Phone 1 and CMF Phone 1 just got it’s last OS update so in future it will only get Security patches for only 1 year more so nothing longer reasons are there to buy it

choose the phone 2 pro, or if you’re restricted by the 15k budget, choose the edge 50 fusion, since it has a really good camera sensor

Gawasrahul i mean, thats only some cases.. And it’s not necessary thats gonna happen..

but im using the cmf phone 1 and i have to say, the hardware is bad dude.. idk why.. It jitters.. the ram management is bad and theres random mistouch registrations on the screen.. overall that affects the experience a lot.. specially typing..

Yes, I still use my CMF Phone 1 today to browse the net and video stream. The camera on its great also!

It’s better to consider the 2 Pro; it’s newer and has three full-fledged cameras. The CMF 1 essentially has only one camera, and the second one is a useless plug. If you can afford it, the 2 Pro is better.

maksimovsergejj But 2 Pro is totally a scam bro. One of my friend have CMF Phone 2 Pro but it doesn’t perform like a Pro model phone. CMF Phone 1 supports BGMI in 120 FPS whereas 2 Pro only gives 60 FPS maximum at the same settings.

The only thing in which 2 Pro is better than CMF Phone 1 is in camera and instead of this it has nothing to think about 2 Pro, even the processor is still same.

Roshan Tiwari Dude, I’d choose the 2 Pro specifically for the camera, if that’s really important. I have the 3A, and the most annoying thing about the camera is the exposure and white balance, especially when switching between camera modules. 🫣
