Nothing Phone 3a: Live Demo app question - any impact?

Hi, I recently got a Nothing Phone 3a and the phone works normally (factory reset is fine, IMEI is valid, OTA updates are available).

I noticed an app called “Live Demo”.
It’s not active by default, but if I open it, the phone enters live demo mode and stays there until I manually turn it off.

I wanted to ask:

Does this Live Demo app have any impact on system updates, performance, or long-term usage?
If disabled or uninstalled, is it safe to use the phone daily without any impact?

barakil It seems that your Phone (3a) was originally used as a display model, as the the Live Demo would be on retail units. If you use ADB to remove it, I don’t think it will harm your device, as you don’t use it for a retail store display.

barakil It’s possible that your unit was previously used for demo purpose in a store, uninstall the app and it should be ready to go
