Pratik2296 As is well known online, you may have experienced what’s commonly referred to as a “stuck CPU core.” This is a known bug and isn’t limited to the Phone (3) lineup.
Nobody really knows what causes the core to get stuck, but restarting the phone usually fixes the issue.
To make sure it’s actually a stuck core, you can open a CPU monitoring app when it happens, like you did. You should see that one of the CPU cores is constantly running at a single frequency, usually a high one. As a result, the phone starts heating up and the temperature rises significantly.
