Ah man, that sucks!
First thing I’d try is a proper force restart. Hold all three buttons (power + volume up + volume down) together for a good 10–20 seconds. Sometimes it does manage to kick the phone out of CrashDump mode, even when normal restarts don’t work.
If that doesn’t help, unfortunately CrashDump mode usually points to a hardware issue, most often something on the motherboard or CPU side. In that case, taking it to an official service center is probably your safest bet. They can confirm whether it’s a hardware failure, and if the phone is still under warranty, they might replace the motherboard… just keep in mind that you’ll lose the data stored on the device.
If the data is really important to you, you could also take it to a board-level repair shop that does reballing or CPU work. That sometimes allows data recovery, but you’ll lose the warranty and the phone may not be super reliable long-term after that.
Hopefully it’s just a temporary crash and the force restart does the trick. Fingers crossed 🤞
