I no longer have these headphones (was one of the people that returned), but I’m glad this issue has been highlighted and that the board was concerned with the current state of play.
Whilst it’s good to hear a promise of a fix, especially since I was in the mud with a lot of the people around here. However, let’s be realistic and keep in mind that the fix is pushing the same version that’s been around for beta testers since November.
That’s the same beta that’s had immediate positive public feedback during December, and - from what I’ve heard - positive feedback in the beta tester feedback early January.
I’m sorry, Nothing, it’s not good enough for me. I’ll speak for myself when I say that I need to see a culture change when it comes to managing existing products before I’ll regain faith in the Nothing brand again. Less promises - more community updates, more action.
