I can confirm that the problem is software, not hardware.
I tried shooting a video under the same conditions, with Open Camera, with stabilization disabled. It works perfectly, the video remains fixed, and the frame doesn’t move on its own (which you’ll understand, in a tutorial where a musical instrument needs to be framed static to work on it, well, that’s a BIG problem). This is one of those things that should be fixed immediately, also because, I agree with you, the quality of the cameras is excellent, it’s a coding problem not a sensor quality problem.
