Hi, Just updated to .81 First couple of days it was sensational.

Now after a few days the Sound ist flat anc doesnt Work Bass boost didnt Work..

Anyone with the Same Problem or solution ?

Jacopo_DWU3rYoQMw Same issue here. Noise cancellation and Transparency modes both have decent bass. “Off” mode it goes flat - no bass at all and pretty terrible sound in general.

Overall great improvement in ANC / Transparency modes though, so I guess it’s a net positive overall. Seems just to be some quality / testing misses resulting in it not working across the board.

I also tried with 3.5mm jack. The sound was definitely not as good as when connected to the phone using ANC, but was still better than when ANC was in the “Off” mode.

Would like to see consistency across all modes in terms of sound profile.

After the latest firmware update I’ve been getting a faint vibration/hum in the left ear of my headphone (1). Almost like a blood pressure rush feeling in your ear but I know it’s the headphone. Wondering if anyone else has been getting this or if my £300 headphones have already broken after 4 months.

By the way the bass level is stable in all noise mode !

Finally received the update as well. Bass enhancement works perfect. My choice is 2nd or 3rd level. Works good even with an ANC.

Probably headphones became a bit louder, but not sure.

After the recent update low notes were noticably flat when the ANC is off. Is this a bug or is this how it is supposed to? I’m not even sure anymore..

Basically Bass Enhancements not working if ANC is turned OFF.

Since the latest update, I’ve been having an issue with my Nothing Headphone (1). It’s been a few days now and the left earcup starts to distort when there are strong bass frequencies.

It sounds like the driver is rattling or blown out, like something is loose inside. When I lower the volume, it goes back to normal but at normal/high volume with heavy bass, it sounds broken.

It’s only happening on the left side, which makes it really uncomfortable.

Has anyone else experienced this after the update? Just trying to figure out if this is software-related or if my unit is defective.

I am not experiencing this. I created my own EQ + Bass enhancement level 4. Listening to “Pepas from Farruko” (Lot’s of bass) or “Chemicals from Scars on broadway” (Lot’s of Hi-Hats and High Frequencys) at Medium or Max volume sounds the same, no distortion. On YouTube I found out that the earcups are removable. After that there are just 4 Screws holding the inner Plate in. Maybe if you re-tighten them it will fix it. I don’t really know tbh. Currently there are no complete teardown videos or tutorials so I can’t say for sure how they look/work from the inside and how the drivers are mounted.

Firmware (bot) Like others, I also get very little bass when ANC/Transparency is turned off. I tried toggling Bass Enhancement, Personalized Sound, different preset EQs, and nothing makes a difference. Please fix bass when ANC/Transparency is off.

humidity naive question but what is the benefit to do not use ANC ? It’s just to save battery? Or there is something else. It’s my first ever audio products with ANC and yes it’s pretty impressive and useful ( i don’t understand transparency mode anyway, very strange feature)

Stereobasic Personally I do most of my listening at home, at night, when it’s already quiet. I don’t need ANC when there’s literally no other noises. In public I use Off or Transparency more than ANC because I like to hear my surroundings. I rarely exercise or use public transportation, which are great uses for ANC.

I’m genuinely curious what kind of “engineering standards” you hold your team to, because what you’ve delivered so far has been nothing short of unprofessional.

For half a year, your team has failed to resolve the blatant ANC cracking noise on buses—a basic issue that doesn’t exist on any other reputable brand. Instead of fixing it properly, you released version 1.7 that only made the audio quality worse, then labeled a simple revert in 1.8 a “solution.”

I just got headphones 1 and .80 was good ..no problem in anything…noise cancellation is working great…i updated to .81 and that’s the same… working fine… i just feel that volume is low compared to other headphones
