Is ANC broken on Nothing Ear (2024)?

Anyone else having a weird ANC issue on Nothing Ear (2024)? 🤨

When I turn on noise cancelling, it actually feels like a mini transparency mode — I hear the environment more than when ANC is off 😅

Happens in all ANC modes, in all environments.

Fit is perfect, so it’s not the ear tips.

Feels like a bug more than a feature… anyone else? 👀🔊

it has been posted multiple times in this forum (effects my left earbud only), it was caused by the last firmware update and has looks like it will never be fixed, I would say these earbuds are now abandonware.
