I’m experiencing a critical issue with my Nothing Headphone (1) (Over-ear model).
The Issue:
When I power them on, the headphones immediately start emitting a constant, monotone tone (not the pairing sound). This tone does not stop regardless of what buttons I press.
Behavior sequence:
I turn them on -> The constant tone starts.
They connect to my phone via Bluetooth for exactly 1 second.
They immediately disconnect/crash.
The tone persists or the cycle repeats.
It feels like the device is stuck in a boot loop or a hardware failure mode (Safe Mode?).
Has anyone encountered this specific tone? Is there a specific button combination for a hard factory reset that works when the software is frozen like this?
