Nothing a yellow
After installing the latest update, the white dot earbud is no longer connecting properly. The app still shows the battery level of that earbud, but there is no sound or response from it.
When I try to run the test in the app, it keeps asking me to place both earbuds in my ears, even though both are already in place. It seems like the earbud is detected for charging but not functioning normally.
This issue started only after the recent update, so it appears that something may have gone wrong during the update process or with the firmware synchronization.
Kindly advise on how this can be resolved.
