Yeah, the Phone (4a) series — especially the Pro — feels like a big design shift from previous Nothing phones. No more Glyph Lights (looks like they really killed it), a new Glyph Bar, and the larger Glyph Matrix we saw on Phone (3).

I’m honestly quite surprised that the Phone (4a) Pro dropped the transparent back. I can see why some people say this might be a strategy to appeal to more iPhone users.

Reading through, it truly seems that the (4a) Pro is like Marmite…

I have to admit, at first I really didn’t like the design, I saw it a while ago and my one word review was “Lost”.

Seeing the design of the (4a) Series together, I can see the links, the subtle nods to metal on the (4a) and then the Pro really goes crazy with the unibody design.

It’s a design that is growing on me, and I am sure it will feel amazing in hand. Hope that the lack of transparency isn’t a continuous trend, however.

Price again is pure bull crap. Last month only bought Nothing Phone 3 for Rs. 37,000 (no exchange, just brand and bank discounts), how on earth Nothing 4a Pro cost more than NP 3? Except the design 4a Pro is an inferior product than Phone 3.

L10 In India, since October 2025 every alternate week, NP3 has been selling for less than Rs. 40,000 (Approx USD 400). And I’m not talking about ebay or any used market, this price is at the official Nothing retailer, Flipkart. Just before the launch of 4a series, they increased the price to USD 500. Nothing’s launch prices have been a joke for a while.
