Welcome back to our monthly newsletter. February was a month full of community moments and product teasers, so let’s take a look at everything that happened. This update came together a bit later than usual as we pushed through some incredible launches. Thank you for your patience!
Bellsprout and Hoppip – Coming Soon

We kicked off the month with a Pokémon-style teaser reveal, this time featuring not one but two product code names. The community went wild with speculation around what Bellsprout and Hoppip might become, and we loved every guess along the way.

Headphone (1) Firmware V 1.0.1.81

We heard your feedback and released the much-anticipated V 1.0.1.81 update to Headphone (1), delivering heavier bass and more accurate sound tuning. This update is a direct result of listening to our community’s feedback, and we’re thrilled with how it’s performing.

Essential Apps Enters Beta

Essential apps officially entered beta with a university competition that gave our community the chance to truly showcase what they can do when powered by our software. Essential apps puts the power in your hand to make apps specific to you. The creations we saw were incredible, and a massive thank you to everyone who participated in making this launch special.

Community Reacts: Bellsprout and Hoppip
Our community members got the unique chance to see our upcoming devices before anyone else and share their first impressions. Watching people’s reactions as they discovered what these code names actually were was an absolute joy to film, and we can’t wait to do more of these in the future.

Nothing Store Bengaluru – Store Launch

We opened our second official Nothing store with the Nothing Store Bengaluru launch, a huge milestone with an incredible turnout from both local and wider-reaching community members. Carl and Akis were there to celebrate the day, and the energy was something special.

The Reveals: Phone (4a) and Headphone (a)

After weeks of speculation, Bellsprout and Hoppip were finally revealed to be the Phone (4a) and Headphone (a). We are in launch season for these devices now, and we couldn’t be more excited to see you everything the community will do with them.

Phone (4a) Pink Reveal

We debuted the brand new pink colour of the upcoming Phone (4a) with a campaign celebrating when tech was colourful and light. We even went so far as to graffiti the front window of the Nothing Store Soho location to let everyone now. We miss Paris Hilton.
