akhilgoud29 the processor on the infinix is mid tier old stuff so I’m sure it’s not going to heating up in a meaningful way and the nothing phone 4a has a glass back and a vapour chamber so it is dissipating heat as it should. I would say have a check by yourself and tell her the material is different so she will get used to it.
As for charging, i would say check the charger ,try using a different one.
