Hey Nothing Community,
I recently purchased a pair of CMF Headphone Pros.
Loving the product, well done to the CMF / Nothing Team!
As I’m sure you’re aware, all Headphones need their ear-pads to be eventually replaced.
This is especially true for Faux-Leather / PU ear-pads, which the CMF product uses.
Part of the reason why I chose these headphones, was the replaceable ear pad design.
However, the replacements pads are no-where to be found?
In India, while the headphones are available, the ear-pads aren’t.
While in the EU, I was only able to source them directly from Nothing’s site.
The supply & availability of the headphone ear-pads, is insufficient.
Designing and marketing a system for easy replacement, with a distinct lack of replacement parts … is anti-consumer.
I’m worried that I’ve locked myself into a platform, that lacks long term support.
@ NothingTeam & Mods : Kindly outline how a customer should proceed, when replacing their ear-pads.
Regards,
ENCOM

Update (27/3/26) :
This post remains unacknowledged.
A response was received, to the email I sent them.
The nothing support team dodged the question, only reiterating what I already know.
Replacement Ear-pads / Cushions for the CMF Headphone Pros, are not available.
No effort was made to place an order, or establish a local stock for customers.
No plan exists to address this shortage, effectively making the Headphone’s D.O.A in India.
If the India team continues to sandbag resolution, Consumer Court will be the only option.
