Sirius_EU Very true, yeah. The thing is that satisfied and happy users usually won’t spend much time online complaining about nonexistent problems (nonexistent to them!). Just as with reviews, people will rarely go out of their way to write more than a line or two about a product/service that was 5⭐, but they will write an essay about a negative experience, heh 😁
So if you check any active community about any device, you will predominantly see loads of negative experiences and feedback, and even more of random complaining (especially on various subreddits, because complaining gets you Reddit karma) which twists the picture, making the device you’re reading about seem like the worst and the buggiest device in the history of the known universe.
In reality, yes, those problems usually really exist, but only for a small fraction of devices. This applies to all brands, which is why warranty and customer service are a crucial part of it. And Google’s service is ahead of everyone else in the mobile world (they just replace devices, usually with a completely new one, say your Pixel 10 is a mess, you’re highly likely to get a brand new Pixel 11 as a replacement at no extra cost; Apple will also do the same - but only if you pay for that Apple Care thing 😁).
