Hello everyone,
Hope you guys are doing well and enjoying the Nothing Community ✨
I’ve been using the Nothing Phone (4a) for a while now, and here’s my honest experience after daily usage.
I used this phone as my main device for almost a month… and here are my thoughts.

What I Liked :
Transparent Back + New Glyph Bar
The transparent design still feels futuristic, but this time Nothing introduced a new Glyph Bar system.
It’s cleaner, more minimal, and still useful showing notifications, timers, and charging status.
Not as flashy as before, but definitely more refined and practical.

Display:
6.78″ AMOLED, 120Hz, 1.5K Sharp, smooth, and bright. Perfect for content consumption, editing, and gaming. Colors look vibrant, and scrolling feels super fluid.

Performance:
Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 + Nothing OS 4.1 Performance is smooth for daily use. Multitasking, social apps, and even casual gaming run without issues. It’s not a hardcore flagship chip, but for most user it’s more than enough.

Battery:
5400mAh + 50W Fast Charging Easily lasts a full day on normal usage. Charging is fast and reliable. No wireless charging here, but honestly, battery life makes up for it.
Cameras:
50MP Main + 50MP Telephoto + 8MP Ultra-Wide + 32MP Selfie
The main camera performs really well in daylight sharp and detailed. The biggest highlight is the telephoto lens, which is rare in this segment. Portraits and zoom shots come out really good for Instagram content Also, the Glyph light while recording still gives that cool creator vibe.

Software:
Nothing OS 4.1 (Android 16)
Clean, smooth, and minimal. No bloatware, consistent animations, and useful features like: AI Eraser Essential Space Overall, a very polished experience.
What I Didn’t Like :
- Ultra-wide camera is average, especially in low light
- Low light performance is decent, but not the best
- No wireless charging
- Not meant for heavy gamers
Conclusion:
- Great choice if you love unique design + clean UI + good cameras
- Perfect for content creators, Instagram photographers, and daily users.
