Issues ive been facing with the CMF phone 1

I’ve been using the CMF Phone 1 for quite sometime now and i am facing some issues with it and wondering whether other users might be facing similar troubles too:

• The back camera of the phone has a problem focusing, and it makes clicking sounds when focusing.

• It shows a white shadow on the right side of the screen(it is on all the side of the display but on the right side it is the most noticeable)

Are others also facing such problems? And any ideas on how I might be able to fix it.

I took it to a repair shop and they just reset it and gave it back.

The phone is running on Nothing OS 4 and is about 9 months old.

CopperCube2219 I also have a problem in my CMF Phone 1. During making a video from rear camera, focus is not stable. And automatically sudden zoom in - zoom out feels during video recording.

CopperCube2219 clicking sound is unusual for non ois camera sensor… you should get in touch with service center and tell them the issue is mot software related and actually a hardware issue … And it’s not fixed after reset…

Attach pictures of that white shadow on screen , it’ll be useful to diagnose issue..

thakursahab8789 yup… Its also happening with my cmf ph1…
It’s kind of bad and good at same time… My realme phone takes time to focus..it does slowly and gradually and it doesn’t feel like sudden zoom in -out…
While cmf ph1 focuses too fast and felt that way…fast focusing is good but how it’s appears is bad…

Will send feedback and see maybe they fix this issue with updates… Or we should wait for nos4.1 which will be coming in next 2-3 weeks… They improved camera app so maybe this issue is mot even present in that update
