I bought this phone on 31/12/2025, and after 4 months of use, I honestly regret the decision.
I purchased it mainly for video and photography since it offers a dedicated telephoto lens in this price range. I was okay with no OIS, thinking I could still get good results.
But the reality is disappointing. The telephoto lens is restricted — you can’t use it in third-party apps, and you can’t even properly use it for video in the stock camera app. Then what’s the point of giving it? Is it only for portraits?
This feels like an unnecessary limitation and a waste of the device’s potential. It restricts user freedom and makes the feature almost useless.
On top of that, after the 4.0 update, the battery drain has become terrible. The lack of screen customization also makes the experience feel incomplete.
At this point, there’s nothing truly unique about this brand except the Glyph lights. These issues could be fixed with software updates, but if they’re not, it’s better to go with a more established and reliable brand.
Buying from a relatively new company with very limited service centers in India feels like a big risk — and right now, it doesn’t feel worth it.
