I am writing to share my experience with the battery performance of the Nothing Phone (4a) and to request improvements through future software updates.
I used this device for 30 days and initially expected stable and optimized battery performance. However, till now the battery optimisation is not great .in very simple usage there’s noticeable battery consumption always, which seems higher than expected for a device in this category and phone.
From user discussions and personal observation, it appears that the issue may be related to software optimization rather than hardware limitations. Many smartphones with similar battery capacity (around 5000 mAh) are able to deliver better screen-on time and efficiency under similar usage conditions.
I kindly request your team to consider the following improvements in upcoming updates:- Better background app management and optimization
- Improved power efficiency during media playback
- Refinement of adaptive battery algorithms
- Optimization after system updates to stabilize battery performance.The Nothing Phone (4a) is a promising device with excellent design and user experience, and addressing battery optimization will significantly enhance overall satisfaction.I hope the team will prioritize this concern and provide improvements through future software updates.
