As a team using Nothing phones every day, we kept running into the same thing. Constantly sharing screenshots, design frames, reference links, files, and bits of copied text between our computers and phones. These are small actions, but they happen all the time, and the friction adds up. So we built a simple internal tool for it. Then we realised it could be useful to the community too. #### What is Nothing Warp? Nothing Warp helps you quickly transfer files, links, copied text, and images between your computer and your Android phone. It works in both directions. It's browser extension-based, which keeps it lightweight and broadly compatible across setups. ##### A few important things to know: * It uses your own private Google Drive to move files * Nothing Warp does not store your files * Your data stays yours #### **How it works** Nothing Warp has two parts - a browser extension for Chromium-based browsers on macOS / Windows / Linux, and a lightweight Android app that adds Nothing Warp to your phone's share menu. Where do I get the Chrome extension? If I follow the link in the post above that also has the apk I get a Chrome Extension page for Warp but the download fails saying it can’t find the extension file

Bl4mmo Musar, when I sent it it definitely worked… now it doesn’t work for me either

lolifnotely🇮🇱 Installed the Chrome extension on another device and it appeared across all of them. The problem device was Fydeos on a Surface Mini which uses Chromium but has its own app store. Just asked me to update the extension once I had installed on the other device. Not tested it much but it seems pretty solid.

i dont know why but the way at @Zac 🛸 said specifically that there is no security concerns and then the fact that the app is not available in playstore is really something suspicious along with the fact that they are rapidly launching new features like warp and essential voice , makes it concerning for me , whether they are really safe right now . Even somethings like the doodling featrure [update]for gallery is still not available for some users like me …… I dont now what else to say

Thought you may like to know I’ve got a solution that doesn’t require Google drive in the middle or any other software. Happy to chat offline!

If it could copy text from computer and mobile that would be all. Text I mean, sometimes we copy chat , like that.
