Dear Nothing Team,
First off, thank you for the sleek aesthetic and intentional design of Nothing OS. The current pedometer widget is a great start for those of us trying to stay mindful of our daily movement, but I believe there is a significant opportunity to make it even more useful for the community.
Currently, the widget provides a great “at-a-glance” look at the present day, but it feels a bit isolated. To truly help users track their fitness journey, I would love to see:
Historical Data Access: The ability to tap the widget and view a simple graph or list of previous daily steps (weekly/monthly views).
Detailed Progress: Insight into streaks or “best days” to keep the motivation high.
Improved Integration: Ensuring the widget syncs seamlessly with the health data already being gathered, making it a central hub for activity tracking.
Part of the Nothing philosophy is “tech made fun again,” and seeing our progress over time is one of the most rewarding parts of using a fitness tracker. I’d love to see the pedometer evolve into a more robust tool that honors the beautiful, minimalist design of the Glyph interface and widgets.
Thanks for listening and for continuing to iterate on a great user experience!
Best regards,
Kushal Vats
