Call volume issue on NP3

Is anyone facing low call volume on earpiece and speaker on NP3 but audio through speaker while playing music is loud and clear.

I am also facing same issues for both normal and whatsup calls and WhatsApp video quality worst

I don’t know about video quality, haven’t tried it personally. But calls! I thought I received a faulty device. I even sent multiple feedbacks from my phone but every time they just send a generic email response which is of no use. I don’t know if they are aware of this issue.

I submitted feedback on this issue a couple of weeks ago but just got BS responses back. Nothing’s total disinterest in fixing this is a total disgrace.

Literally have no idea on how to address this issue to them. Calling on daily basis, it’s annoying to not hear them loud and clear.
