Nothing Ear (a) Case Cracked - Help

My parents gave me the new nothing ear (a), I was waiting for this, right on my birthday, and now, 3 hours later I see that there is a crack in the lid, why did the company allow this?They are new, I was the first to open the packaging and the headphones, please NOTHING ,don’t allow this type of defect, it really upset me.

Vard initiate refund/replacement request if not done already… you’ll get new device or refund 👍🏻🤝🏻

And you’ll be shocked seeing how couriers /parcels are handled at delivery warehouses and when in transport…

I always get surprised when i recieve my packages without any damage🤪😂

JP I have already made a request, but I don’t think the store will return the product to me,It was an online purchase, the store claims to have a guarantee , and I don’t even know how to react to all this, as a last resort ,I’ll have to use it with extreme caution to prevent the crack from getting bigger, as the headphones are quite good.

Well, as I thought. I wake up and see a message about a refusal of return or warranty, because maybe I made this crack, yes, of course ,As always, it’s my fault ,whyy ? Please, Nothing ,contact me ,may be you have any kind of warranty or product exchange program? I live in Armenia,i just don’t know what to do

Vard you’ve to go to the seller… or send in your device via mail to nothing service center if there any in Armenia…

And prefer email / official support channel…
