No, it’s not.
When my phone connects via Bluetooth to the car’s hands-free system and I answer a call through the car, the audio source keeps playing through the phone’s earpiece, despite “Honda HFT” being selected. Manually switching the audio source to the earpiece or speaker changes nothing – the caller’s voice can still only be heard through the phone’s small earpiece.
This is not an issue with the car or its Bluetooth system, it has worked perfectly for years, even with a Nothing phone previously. Other phones have no issues connecting either, this problem is exclusive to the Nothing Phone 2
This creates a real safety hazard while driving when the hands-free system fails to engage!
