DocYBA Am I the only one facing this issue, or is it the same for everyone else? Yes both the charging ports for the buds were cleaned with a soft microfiber cloth. Purchased the nothing ear brand new only 4 months back. No the charging port was not water damaged.
JP DocYBA did you tried pushing that non charging one firmly in the case??? That happens with these types of buds…just happened on my buds 2a… If that doesn’t work…contact nothing support you’ll get replacement..
DocYBA Yes I did. When the case lid is closed, the buds disconnect from the device. Doesn’t it mean that the buds are connected with the buds case? did your problem get resolved?
JP DocYBA technically yes… then you should contact support.. that’s the only solution… My issue got solved by pushing buds in the case little bit … this is the common issue with buds..apple airbuds also has this issue
DocYBA Update: visited Nothing service centre Madhapur Hyderabad. Peak customer support. Got a replacement for the buds. Would recommend this place for anyone residing near Hyderabad. Wow
