Charging bug -custom charging not working on power off mode

Today I noticed , when I powered off the phone and put the charger ,it charges till 100% bi passing the 80% - 90% instead of custom charging mode is ON to 90% I guess this is a bug nothing has . Also after last patch battery is too fast draining ? Anyone experience same issue with 3a ?

PinoLY Oh thanks , I thought even if we switch off the phone ,the software might run in the background to achieve this feature .
