USB Audio Recording Forced Through Voice Processing on Phone (3a) Pro - help

I’m using a few class compliant USB Audio devices (1010 Bluebox, Dirtywave M8, TE Sidekick) and I am getting low-quality audio from every app that I record with.

What I get is very compressed and optimized for voice. What I want is a .WAV file or uncompressed PCM audio.

I have tried and all of these have the same problem
Recorder
Blackmagic Cinema Camera (on other devices, this has an Audio Format setting that is absent on Nothing Phone 3(a) Pro)
Bundled Camera App

It’s like it treats all audio like it’s a telephone call.

Is there some setting I can use to allow the Nothing Phone 3(a) pro to record uncompressed, unprocessed audio?

Same problem here with Nothing Phone 2a. Heavily compressed, forced monaural. But as far as I know, WaveEditor app’s USB input worked fine.

I just learned that nothing os doesn’t officially support usb audio interface but my behringer ufo202 worked fine before (I found footage from July 2025, which is in stereo and sounds well). I think recent updates killed something.
