@ “lolifnotely🇮🇱”#p284308 but that’s just apple, samsung does weird update cycles and so does google, which will always prioritise the a series since its launched later and is the fresher phone, all the current betas are first made available for the 10 series and the 9a specifically, previously it was the 9 series and the 8a, and they even push the a series more since they don’t want to beta test on the flagships, i mean yes the official releases are linear but brands tend to give more bells and whistles to the newer phones first.
Now another thing people have missed out on is when the 3a and 3 got released they came with a few features that were slowly rolled to other devices right before the Android update, people who kept updating for every feature got mad that their phones are exactly the same, and people that upgraded directly from 3.1 to 4.0 found a lot more features because they didn’t keep updating and well if you see from 3.0 to 4.0 they did add quite a lot, not too much but it sure wasn’t “nothing”. Maybe this time they’re holding off everything so they can have a big sheet to show how much they changed from the 4.0 to 5.0 but that’s just my theory
