Which app does the Nothing Community desperately want?

As an Android app developer, I'm always looking for ideas that solve real problems instead of creating another app nobody needs. So I wanted to ask the Nothing Community: What's the one app you think is still missing from the Nothing ecosystem? Not necessarily an app that Nothing has to build themselves—just an app you wish existed with a clean, minimal, Nothing-inspired experience. Some examples: • File manager • Music player • Notes app • Gallery app • PDF / document manager • Calendar app • Habit tracker • Productivity tools • Offline-first utilities I'm currently exploring new projects and would love to understand what the community actually wants instead of guessing. If enough people are interested in a particular idea, I'd be happy to consider building it and sharing progress with the community. So: What app do you want, and what's wrong with the existing options? Looking forward to hearing your ideas 👀

A dedicated compass app with a proper Nothing-style UI could be really interesting, especially if it offered precise coordinates, elevation, and a cleaner directional interface than the current widget.

The dotted arrow idea sounds very on-brand for Nothing as well. I can definitely see how a minimalist compass app could fit into the ecosystem.

Zac 🛸 Hey, i’m actually currently running closed alpha testing on NTape music player. Planning to update it over the course of the testing and move onto the full release within 2 weeks.

Right now i’m adding more languages to the app and fixing the language related metadata corruptions, hope it can be an app Nothing community can use and enjoy every day!

As for file managers we at Hearthborn Studios have a file manger ( N Files) with the Nothing OS style in mind. It’s doing well and will be released to the public before long, still in testing phase on GPS (Google Play Store).

Competition is always good for the end user’s 😉
