Daniel I understand your point, but I have already submitted feedback and reported multiple issues through the proper channels. Some of those reports are months old and are still not resolved. The issue discussed in my community post (https://nothing.community/d/59008) is another example that remains unresolved despite being reported earlier.
Most of the responses I receive are the same generic troubleshooting steps: clear cache, restart the device, switch it off and on, reset settings, or visit a service center. These steps may help with isolated issues, but when multiple users report the same problem after a software update, it points to a software bug rather than individual device problems.
Many users have already submitted feedback, logs, screenshots, and bug reports. What would help now is acknowledgment from the team that the issue has been reproduced, is being investigated, and whether a fix is planned. Community discussions are valuable because they show the scale of the problem and allow affected users to confirm that they are experiencing the same issue.
We are not refusing to submit feedback; we are asking for better communication and status updates on issues that have already been reported multiple times.
